envisionTEC - Perfactory PIC100/PIC100G Resins

The envisionTEC PIC 100 resin has been developed for direct investment casting of products for the Jewelry market. It offers moderate burn out properties and builds with high quality and crisp detail.

Perfactory Description

The Perfactory is a good solution for those looking for highly detailed RP patterns at a mid to low range cost point.

The system is very good at achieving very small details at very high, crisp resolution.

While not nearly as accurate as our SLA systems, the Perfactory is a great choice for producing very smooth, high resolution parts under 1.5 inches.

Dimensional accuracy is around +/- .2mm through out the model depending on the models orientation to the current light projection. For example, straight, vertical extrusions are more dimensionally accurate than parts that are extruded at angles of 35 degrees.
